Wow, this is an awesome shot! The expression is perfect, and the way the hands are positioned seems so perfect for some reason.
I quite like the focus here! The shallow DOF creates a soft background, yet the model is in detailed, focus. It not only puts more focus on the foreground, but it adds a lot of depth to the photo as well. Excellent work there!
I also like how you used the rule of thirds! I feel like you still could've shifted down a tad, but I love how the model is positioned so that we can see the path and other elements in the background. The composition is very visually dynamic!
I'm honestly not sure about the colors here. According to her hair, flower, and dress color, the overall color tone here is probably correct! But based on her "cold," expression, I feel like there should be more of a blue, frozen tint. The emotion I get from this photo and the colors just don't quite seem right - but that could just be me, too.
It would also be nice to have a little more description and story behind the photo with a title and author's description.
Let me start with a small, negative thing: her face is a bit less definited, it seems, than the rest of her body. I don't know if it is an effect of the light or not. She has amazing eyes, although, and the stark contrast of colours between them, her pale skin and her hair is quite gorgeous.
You did a beautiful job with the fading background; her figure comes out in a strong contrast, and her position and the cold colours of the whole picture give a winter-y feeling even while the background clearly suggest a more warm season.

Lovely shot!
I doubt if there is someone who comes the negative answer/
