The lovely model is beautifully captured with a softness that is further supported by the shallow depth of field. The setting is fitting and the way the dress spans across the piece adds an interesting touch to little princess by Freyja90.

The reason why I want to make a critique of this so beautiful piece of art work is because it's outstanding. I took my eyes fixed on it and I couldn't stare away.
What's amazing in this photo is...well I should make it in plural because there are so much to say about it.
First the background, straight from a fairytale, a beautiful winter garden with so much green, and it's paint lightly used by time, as if it was here for a non told time. There are bushes with add volumes too. And there is a really well handled depht of field, wich is quite non-existant, so the background is very blurry but not enough to not recognize it, so well done !
Then the character ! The girl has long and curly brown hair, which is quite romantic, coming straight from "Pride and Prejudice", or the hair style of Christine in the "Phantom of the Opera". She's very slim but not too skinny, she seems so delicate, so sensible. Her face's expression is very alerting, I think she's regreting a sort of deal made with her rich family to marry a noble man she doesn't love, or some kind of wondering about her place in the society. The focus is made on her face and her bust, wich put her as the main piece in the art work, as a beautiful flower in macro. The light on her face is perfect, it's not burnt, it's just illuminating her beauty, as the necklace does with it's touch of shinny white.
There is also the dress. This magnificent dress !! A beautiful corset, victorian, as a wedding one, with a pretty node on it, very pure, very innocent, very romantic. Then the skirt, soooo long and wide, with lace so beautiful ! (I love lace, I'm french lol) The focus made on the character let the skirt being blur in the depth of field, with morever a movement of the material which makes think that the exposure was a middle-long one.
To resume it's a wonderful photo, but I have still some question, as I'm myself a lover of romantic photographies as a professionnal photographer.
Where did you find the dress and where is the place ? It's very english and romantic.
So bravo for this master piece, which is, in my little opinion a little underestimated.
Thank you, and do enjoy this wonderful picture !
